1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AstroPatshala services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Additional terms presented for a specific booking, course, payment, or offer also apply to that transaction.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You agree to provide accurate contact, birth, booking, and payment information and to update it when necessary. A parent or legal guardian must act for a minor where a service involving a minor is permitted.

3. Nature of our services

AstroPatshala offers spiritual education, astrology and tarot consultations, numerology, reflective programs, digital resources, community experiences, and AI-assisted tools. Availability, mentors, course dates, features, and prices may change before a booking or purchase is confirmed.

4. WhatsApp communications

If you provide a WhatsApp number and consent to WhatsApp communication, AstroPatshala may send requested replies, booking updates, payment confirmations, class or webinar reminders, report-delivery notices, service support, and permitted promotional messages.

Message and data charges may apply. Delivery depends on Meta, WhatsApp, telecommunications providers, device availability, and network conditions. Reply STOP to opt out of promotional messages. Opt-out requests do not prevent essential service communications where permitted and necessary for an active transaction.

5. Bookings, enrolment, fees, and payment

A form submission is a request, not a confirmed booking or enrolment. Confirmation occurs only after availability, scope, price, and any required payment are accepted. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling rules shown at checkout or in the Refund Policy apply.

6. Spiritual and professional-advice disclaimer

Astrology, numerology, tarot, karmic frameworks, manifestation practices, and related content are interpretive and reflective. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Services do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.

7. AI-assisted tools

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Free outputs are preliminary. Paid or consultation reports identified as requiring review must be reviewed by a human mentor before delivery. You must not use AI output for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or mental-health decisions.

8. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not access another user’s account or attempt to bypass security controls.

9. Intellectual property

The AstroPatshala name, website, course recordings, documents, methods, prompts, graphics, and original content are owned by AstroPatshala or licensed to it. Enrolment grants a limited, personal, non-transferable learning licence. You may not copy, resell, publish, train a model on, or redistribute protected material without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the services, send unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, infringe rights, scrape protected material, introduce malicious code, interfere with operations, probe security, or use WhatsApp or other messaging features for spam.

11. Third-party services

Our services may depend on Meta and WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment gateways, email providers, AI providers, and other third parties. Their separate terms and policies may apply. AstroPatshala is not responsible for third-party outages or independent processing beyond its reasonable control.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, abuse, security, unlawful activity, infringement, or material breach. Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AstroPatshala is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from reliance on spiritual interpretations, AI outputs, third-party outages, or misuse of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts. We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
