Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask AstroPatshala to delete personal data associated with your website or WhatsApp interactions.
Effective date: 23 June 2026
How to submit a request
Email hello@astropatshala.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Send the request from the email address associated with your account or enquiry. If the request relates to WhatsApp, include the relevant phone number with country code. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or government identity documents unless we specifically request a safe verification method.
Identity verification
We may ask for limited information to confirm that you control the relevant email address, telephone number, or account. This protects your information from fraudulent deletion requests.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, identify records linked to the verified details, and delete or anonymise eligible information within a reasonable period required by applicable law. We will confirm completion or explain any lawful exception.
Information we may retain
Limited information may be retained where required for payment reconciliation, taxation, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal claims, or another legal obligation. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed when no longer required.
WhatsApp-side deletion
Deleting records held by AstroPatshala does not automatically remove copies stored in your WhatsApp application or information independently processed by Meta. You can delete the conversation in WhatsApp and use WhatsApp’s account or privacy controls for Meta-held information.
