A transparent framework for consultation, course, and digital-product payments.

Before payment
Current prices, inclusions, rescheduling rules, and refund eligibility must be shown before checkout. The website presently uses pricing placeholders and does not initiate live charges.
Consultations
Production policy should define cancellation and rescheduling windows. Completed sessions and mentor preparation already delivered are generally non-refundable where lawful.
Courses
Cohort and digital-course refund windows will be stated on each offer. Downloaded or substantially consumed digital content may have restricted eligibility where lawful.
Payment failures
Failed or duplicated transactions will be investigated using the payment-provider reference. Approved refunds return through the original payment method within provider timelines.
