• Identity and contact details, such as name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, and profile name.
• Birth and consultation details, including date, time and place of birth, areas of concern, questions, booking preferences, and mentor notes.
• Course, enquiry, payment-status, support, newsletter, testimonial-consent, and account information.
• AI-tool inputs, generated drafts, consent records, safety flags, and human-review status.
• Technical information such as timestamps, request identifiers, delivery status, browser or device information, and security logs.

3. WhatsApp Business data

When you contact AstroPatshala on WhatsApp or consent to receive WhatsApp messages, we may process your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message content, message identifiers, timestamps, attachments you choose to send, and delivery or read status.

WhatsApp communications are transmitted using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Meta may process information under its own terms and privacy policies. Do not send medical records, government identifiers, payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp.

4. How we use information

We use personal information only for legitimate service and business purposes.

• Responding to enquiries and providing requested consultations, courses, reports, resources, or support.
• Sending booking confirmations, payment updates, class reminders, report-delivery notices, and other transactional messages.
• Sending educational or promotional WhatsApp messages only where permission or another lawful basis applies.
• Operating, securing, troubleshooting, improving, and measuring our website and services.
• Maintaining records, preventing misuse, meeting legal obligations, and protecting users and AstroPatshala.
• Preparing AI-assisted drafts and insights subject to the disclaimers and human-review controls described on the website.

5. Consent and WhatsApp opt-out

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time. To stop promotional WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or ask us through email. We may still send essential service messages connected to an active booking, payment, enrolment, or legal requirement where permitted.

You can also block the AstroPatshala number in WhatsApp. Opting out of promotional messages does not cancel services you have already purchased.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share only the information necessary with vetted providers that support hosting, databases, communications, WhatsApp delivery through Meta, email delivery, payments, analytics, security, professional advice, and legal compliance. Providers are expected to process information for the contracted purpose and apply appropriate safeguards.

Our paid consultations, accounts, and WhatsApp services are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent where a service involving a minor is permitted. We do not knowingly use a minor’s data for targeted marketing.
